Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), your personal data may be processed by Zeze Workshop as the data controller within the scope described below.

Your personal data collected will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law in order to create an e-mail database and to inform you about the developments, news and events at Zeze Workshop by e-mail at regular intervals.

Your personal data collected; In line with the realization of the above-mentioned purpose, it may be transferred to our suppliers, the press and communication organizations we work with, organization companies, advertising, etc. agencies and legally authorized public institutions in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law within the scope of the data processing conditions regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your personal data will be collected electronically through the Zeze Workshop website. Your collected personal data is processed based on the legal reason of legitimate interest within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
4. The Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law
As a personal data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You may submit your applications for your rights listed above to us by the methods stipulated in the legislation. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest.
